Quality policy

The principal objectives of the Quality Assurance Policy are to assure the high quality of products and services provided to customers, to ensure that quality requirements are determined and satisfied throughout all phases of the contract performance and to ensure that the products and services supplied to the customer are fit for purpose.

Customer care policy

In order to maintain its reputation for delivering excellent customer service, T Harrison has set out the following objectives:

  • To achieve an overall satisfaction rate of 95%.
  • To provide a quality of decorative finish with which customers are highly satisfied.
  • To complete work programmes on time and agree any additional costs prior to completing the contract.

Environmental policy

T Harrison will implement, maintain and review systems to:

  • Identify and environmental risks of the company's operations and eliminate or reduce those risks to prevent pollution.
  • Manage its environmental responsibilities and implement a continual improvement process by following good environmental practices and reacting to business change.
  • Develop and improve relationships with environmental regulators and the general public.
  • Ensure that all employees, subcontractors and material suppliers understand that by adopting good environmental practices, we will minimise the impact on the environment of our activities.
  • Adopt environmental measures which support strategies to minimise energy consumption, reduce waste and ensure that waste is disposed of safely and properly.

Partnering policy

T Harrison is committed to partnering as a means of improving the quality of its service and of maximising customer satisfaction. This policy has been shaped by our positive experiences of partnering arrangements with housing associations and specialist organisations such as Dulux.
